iSoccer is a training program that uses a series of 20 second drills to assess the skill level and reinforce skill development in a variety of soccer skills. The home page has a short video that explains the iSoccer program. Harbor has considered signing on to use the iSoccer program at the Academy page and looks forward to any feedback from coaches.
Soccer Tutor is a website that offers free downloadable practice drills for all levels of training. You do need to provide an email address to access most of their drills, but the drills are explained easily and provide ideas for everything from dribbling, first touch, shooting, and tactics. You can even print the drills to take to practice with you.
