Small Sided Rules
Below is a copy of the Washington State Youth Soccer Small Sided (Modified) Soccer Rules. These rules indicate the field size, roster size, playing field, equipment, and game time for the various ages within the Academy program.
Coach's Handbook
Every year, Washington State Youth Soccer publishes a handbook. This handbook includes rules, guidance, and references for all recreational and select coaches, teams, players, and parent. This is a great resource!

Offsides Animation
Beginning at U10, referees will begin to enforces the offsides rule. Attached is an animation that illustrates the offsides rule.
iSoccer
iSoccer is a training program that uses a series of 20 second drills to assess the skill level and reinforce skill development in a variety of soccer skills. The home page has a short video that explains the iSoccer program. Harbor has considered signing on to use the iSoccer program at the Academy page and looks forward to any feedback from coaches.
Soccer Tutor
Soccer Tutor is a website that offers free downloadable practice drills for all levels of training. You do need to provide an email address to access most of their drills, but the drills are explained easily and provide ideas for everything from dribbling, first touch, shooting, and tactics. You can even print the drills to take to practice with you.
