A beautiful fall morning found the Sealions (7-1) up against a talented bunch of Sweet Feet (7-1) from Puyallup. Sealions took an early lead but were unable to maintain the lead with the Sweet Feet doing a great job of ball distribution. The Sealions played hard and showed some good ball skills themselves, they were just a little slower when it came to getting to the ball. Madison Hanson shined again in goal taking shot after shot and keeping this game close.
The Sealions (6-1) continued their dominating play with numerous Sealions scoring against an out matched Tsunami (0-7) club from North Tacoma. The Sealions came out from the start and showed great passing and dribbling skills, working the ball around and setting up for shot after shot on goal. The Sealions were able to mix up their line up offensively and defensively in the second half giving all Sealions oppurtunites to score and work on their offense skills. The Sealions (6-1) head into a duel with top ranked Sweet Feet (7-1) next week which is setting up to determine who will take the division lead!
The Sealions (5-1) came out with game faces on and took down top ranked Nortac Lightning (5-1) in a wet and wild game that moved the Sealions into a tie for first place. Outstanding play and determination was the key in taking down a larger stature team. Sealions look to add on to their winning streak with a game early Saturday 9:00 at Goodman against the Tsunami (0-6). GO SEALIONS!! Great Game!
