I just took the Entry Level Referee Clinic, now what do I do?

  1. Get your Risk Management Number from Washington Youth Soccer:   Use the following link and fill in the required information:   ref registration
Once you’ve filled out the information, click on ‘Submit’ to send your information. You will receive an email from WYS acknowledging your application for your RMA. You should receive the number in a few days in another email, and a postcard will follow in the mail. This is a legal document, so if you are under the age of 18, you may want to have a parent or gaurdian with you when filling it out.

  1. Sign up with your local Referee Association. Since most of our games are posted on the Pierce County Soccer Referee Association web site, we will provide a link to their site.

Use the following link to register with PCSRA:

Fill in the information requested.
You will see a section for your WSYSA RMA number and expiration. If you have not received it yet, you may still continue with the form. In the notes section you will enter a brief description about your soccer background and the licensing clinic you attended. The information you put in here helps the PCSRA assign you a rank as to the level of games you will be able to sign up for.

When you have filled out the information, click ‘Register’. You will then receive an email response with your initial password so you may logon to the PCSRA site.

I would highly recommend once you receive your password that you log in and change your password to something easier for you to remember! (If you left your RMA blank, you can also update your Profile when you receive it.)

Once logged in, Click on the ‘Services’ tab on the left hand side of the page. You will see several new tabs.
To change your Password, click on ‘Password’.
To update your Profile, click on ‘Profile’. When finished, click ‘Update’.

You are now ready to sign yourself up for games that you are eligible for.
Click on ‘Inquiry’ to see a list of all the games in Pierce County.
You can narrow your search by Changing the ‘Match Criteria’ and clicking the ‘Show’ button.

If you have any questions, please contact Keith Vincent at: kdvincent@aol.com

How do I sign up for Harbor Soccer Club small sided games?

Follow the directions above to receive your RMA number and get a logon to PCSRA. Due to some changes in the WYS referee status (contractor vs employee), we may have to use the PCSRA site to assign our games.

In the meantime, send Keith Vincent an email (kdvincent@aol.com)  to express your interest in being considered for the HSC Small Sided Games.
