Harbor Soccer Club

NOTE:
 If you attended a clinic after June 1 2008, you are already registered for 2009. You will not need to recertify.

For those of you that still need recertifification.....The annual Harbor Soccer Club recertification clinic is set for Saturday December 13 at the Peninsula Library. There are five - one hour - sessions available for the referees to obtain their required yearly training hours. Then the recertification test will take place during the final hour. The sessions are set to start at 3:00 PM. As usual, the recertification clinic fees will be paid for by Harbor Soccer Club for HSC families.

Clinic Cost:
Harbor Soccer Club members - Free

If not Harbor Soccer Club member - $5.00 per session hour needed

You will be taking the 2009 USSF Recertification test (100 questions. You must receive a score of 75 or better to pass).

Once you pass the test, we will be conducting USSF Recertification. Please bring the following with you:

1.     
Check, payable to WRDA, for the appropriate amount, (Grade 8 is $50.00)

2.      Recertification form listing your five training hours, http://www.wasrc.org/recertification (If you are getting your five training hours at this clinic, just bring the blank form.)

3.      Your 2009 USSF Referral Renewal Information form (recently mailed to you by USSF)

4.      Pencil for the test and pen for the forms.
