2010 Dinner & Auction
The Harbor Soccer Club is hosting its' 3rd annual Dinner and Auction fund raiser "World Cup Comes To Gig Harbor " to help raise money for a common goal.....FIELDS. The need for our own fields has reached the “need to have” point versus the “wouldn’t it be nice” sideline talk. Even with the addition of Homestead Park, we are still competing with multiple organizations for field space.
The Harbor Soccer Club is proud to present this gala event. This years event will be held at The Inn At Gig Harbor on the evening of October 16th beginning at 5pm. We need to continue raising money to acquire or develop our own soccer complex. Currently, Harbor Soccer pays approximately $115,000 per year for field use at local schools. This is a significant amount of money, yet we still do not have adequate availability of fields. This is what is driving the need to create our own location.
This special evening will include:
- Cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres and silent auction bidding
- Dinner and dessert frenzy
- Live Auction
