Coaching Philosophy:   
I have been coaching in the Kitsap Peninsula for the last 17+ years in Premier, Select and Recreational clubs. I am commitment to excellence when teaching essential skills. I strive to make learning the technical fundamentals of the game of soccer both fun and engaging. I make every effort to be organized with my training session. I am a believer in developing a professional rapport with the kids I train. I want to provide them with a foundation for success as they get older and play at higher levels because I believe a confident player will enjoy the game more. My goal as a soccer coach is to make the game FUN while instilling structure and discipline. I am teaching kid’s soccer skills as well as developing self-esteem and confidence.
