The Key Peninsula program was new for 2022. We are excited for year 3! Harbor Soccer offers the Key Peninsula program for 4 to 8 year-old (U9) boys and girls. The program is an introduction to the sport with an emphasis on FUN and building individual skills and a lifelong love of the sport. 

The Key Peninsula program is run similar to our Micro program and is played on a small field, using a small size 3 soccer ball. Coed teams of 6-8 players are formed by HSC according to the Rules of Competition from WYS and coached by volunteer parents. Games are played at Volunteer Park on Saturdays, from September to early November in the Harbor Soccer Club Home League (HSCHL). Teams play 4 v 4 against other Key Peninsula teams with no assigned goalkeeper.

All player registration is online. Registration opens April 1st and closes July 31st.  Registration fees include the players uniform kit and soccer ball. Early-bird registration fees apply April 1st to May 31st.  Teams will be formed no later than July 31st.  All teams will be looking for parent volunteer coaches. Training sessions will be held 1x per week for 30-45 minutes starting in late August and continuing for the remainder of the season; contingent on field availability and daylight hours.
