Reminder

Any concerns brought to you (team manager) by team parents regarding on-field issues concerns should be immediately urged to communicate directly with the coach or director of the age group.  This may include:

  • playing time
  • position
  • interaction with teammates
  • training time/field

The manager is not asked to be nor expected to be a buffer/sounding board between parents & coach.  Coaches are very aware of this and are happy to have these conversations directly.

Directors are as follows:

Tournaments

ISC Gunners

  • Teams will be registered by the club.  No action needed.
  • Signed roster is only check-in requirement
  • Have medical forms in manager binder

Beaverton

  • Register and click 'pay by check' (unless this is a non-reimbursed tourney for the team)
  • Club will pay all registrations via one check
  • Player Cards are REQUIRED
  • Signed tournament roster (Shannon) is required for check-in
  • Have medical forms in manager binder

Mt Hood

  • Register and click 'pay by check' (unless this is a non-reimbursed tourney for the team)
  • Club will pay all registrations via one check
  • Official tournament roster (posted below) and roster certification form (from Shannon) is required for check-in.
  • Have medical forms in manager binder

Tyee Cup

  • All registration will be handled internally for Harbor Premier teams
  • Harbor Managers will not need to check-in.  All rosters will be handles internally as well
  • Harbor Managers will only need to come to tourney HQ to pick up pins at some point during the tournament
  • Have medical forms in manager binder

Other Tournaments

  • refer to specific tournament website for posted rules to find what is required for check-in - please do this early to allow time to process requests
  • reach out to Jason with any questions about requirements.  Shannon for any official signed tournament rosters (most common)
  • Have medical forms in manager binder
