Outline: Prepared the team for successful participation in Stag Super 16 Year End Tournament, Georgetown, Guyana. I ensured the team was prepared to compete, were technically and tactically aware, physically, and psychologically ready for competition. Motivated and inspired team for various competitions. Selfscouted and scouted opposition in preparation for competitions. Prepared and instructed the various game plans and strategies.
