Harbor Soccer Club wants nothing less than the best environment for all youth soccer players to grow not only their knowledge & skills but also their love of the game of soccer through playing, coaching and refereeing
When players are registered for Harbor Soccer Club programs, they are asked to acknowledge the Harbor Code of Conduct. Our Code of Conduct is aimed at promoting a safe and enjoyable environment. Following this Code of Conduct can be summarized by one simple question…. Are you HARBOR?
If you witness any violation of these codes of conduct, please contact our General Manager to report the issue.
Harbor Premier players will be asked to sign and abide by our Player Code of Conduct at all times. Players are expected to attend all training sessions and games or communicate directly with their coach the reason they can not make it. Players are expected to be on-time and prepared. This includes personal responsibility for their own equipment and uniform. We encourage parents to allow the player to burden this responsibility as we want to help foster development of our players in ways both on and off the pitch.
Harbor Premier parents will be asked to sign and abide by our Parent Code of Conduct at all times. Parents will show respect to all individuals involved with the game: players of both teams, parents of both teams, coaches, referees and field staff. Parents will refrain from any negative interactions with referees, parents, players or coaches before, during or after any game or training session. Parents will adhere to the financial contract signed at registration and make payments on-time according to payment schedule.
Harbor Premier coaches will sign and abide by our Coaches Code of Conduct at all times. Coaches will provide a safe and positive learning environment for all Harbor Premier Players. Coaches will maintain a professional appearance and arrive in a timely fashion for all games and training sessions. Coaches will understand that they are role models for our players and, therefore, they will display appropriate behavior and use appropriate language around our players and families at all times.
