Harbor Premier Girls Academy Aspire (GA) – Program Overview
Harbor Premier Girls Academy Aspire represents the highest level of competition for Girls U11–U19 within our club. GA teams compete in top local, regional, and national platforms, providing a premier training and match environment for committed, motivated athletes.
Our goal is to prepare players for the next level by combining high-level competition, professional standards, and intentional player development.

Collaboration between coaches and directors
Consistent standards across all GA teams
A long-term, player-centered development model

College Showcase and Recruitment
As we continue to elevate opportunities within our Girls program, we want to highlight an important area of growth for our players — college recruitment pathways through the Girls Academy Aspire platform.
Participation in GA Aspire events, league fixtures, and ID opportunities provides our athletes with meaningful exposure to the next level. These environments are designed to showcase players in competitive, high-quality settings where college coaches and scouts are actively evaluating talent.
What this means for our players:
- GA Aspire Events & Showcases
Players will compete in events where college coaches are in attendance, creating direct visibility and recruitment opportunities. - League Matches
Regular league competition continues to be a key evaluation setting, with scouts increasingly attending meaningful fixtures throughout the season. - ID Camps & Talent Identification Opportunities
Players will have access to identification environments that can open doors to further pathways, including higher-level platforms and collegiate programs.
To further strengthen this process, we are excited to introduce a College Recruitment Coordinator for the 2026/27 season and beyond.
This role will:
- Provide guidance and education for families navigating the college pathway
- Support players with communication strategies, timelines, and expectations
- Assist in building player profiles, highlight videos, and outreach plans
- Help ensure each athlete is maximizing their exposure and opportunities
Our goal is simple: to provide every motivated player with a clear, supported pathway to the next level, while continuing to raise the standard of what is possible at Harbor.
More information on this role and upcoming recruitment support initiatives will be shared soon.
